Signature Keynote:

The Sleepwalking Effect™

The repeated behaviours that shape engagement, human potential and leadership impact.

The Sleepwalking Effect™ names what happens when repeated behaviours become automatic and begin limiting judgement, contribution or connection. Under pressure, curiosity narrows and familiar responses take over — exactly when perspective matters most.

Vicki combines behavioural science with international executive leadership experience, then introduces the ACT Reset Model — Awaken, Curiosity, Try — designed to bring stronger thinking into the conversation earlier, while it can still shape the outcome.

Your team will:

  • Recognise which automated behaviours are limiting judgement, perspective-seeking and contribution

  • Apply the ACT Reset Model in high-stakes moments, when pressure makes familiar behaviour more likely

  • Gain a shared language for naming the pattern in the room — without making it personal

Keynote:

Hierarchy, Challenge & Decision Quality

How to use the weight of your title to invite better thinking, earlier challenge and stronger decisions.

The higher the title, the more weight your smallest behaviours carry. A title brings formal authority — but it also quietly changes what people say, challenge and leave unsaid, because the more authority in the room, the more carefully people choose their words.

Drawing on behavioural science and international executive leadership experience, Vicki examines how even small leadership behaviours shape what feels welcome, risky or worth raising — often without the leader realising it — and shows how to use the influence of title more deliberately, so stronger thinking, useful challenge and decision-relevant information enter the conversation early enough to shape the outcome.

Your team will:

  • Recognise how hierarchy changes what people challenge, soften, delay or leave unsaid

  • Use the weight of your title more deliberately to invite perspective, challenge and stronger thinking into the room

  • Apply the ACT Reset Model to keep decision-relevant information moving when status or pressure would otherwise narrow the conversation

Keynote:

The Rooms Before the Room

What 195 women leaders globally revealed about speaking up, shaping decisions and how to bring emerging leaders with us.

Campaign 195 asked one woman in leadership from every country on earth the same question: why do capable women in leadership still sometimes hesitate to raise their hand and speak up?

Drawing on their experiences, Vicki examines how the rooms we move through shape the behaviours we carry into leadership. The Sleepwalking Effect™ reveals how repeated responses become automatic, limiting voice and contribution long after circumstances have changed — and through the ACT Reset Model (Awaken, Curiosity, Try), Vicki shows women how to recognise those patterns, speak with greater freedom, and help ensure more female perspective reaches the decisions shaping our businesses, communities and the world.

Your team will:

  • Recognise early how experiences shape the behaviours that limit voice, visibility and leadership contribution

  • Apply the ACT Reset Model to interrupt automatic hesitation and speak up when your perspective matters

  • Use your influence to help another woman contribute, advance and have her judgement heard
